Building permit acquired for Hotel Golte |
ACQUIRED BUILDING PERMIT MARKS THE BEGINNING OF GREAT DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS OF GOLTE D.O.O.

Mountain tourist centre Golte acquired the building permit for one of the biggest investment in its 40 years of operation – for the reconstruction and expansion of the hotel. The existing hotel will be in service until 1st March 2010, while the new hotel will be ready to receive its first guests already on 15th December 2010. Golte and partners in the project Hiking in Slovenia |

The project Hiking in Slovenia, a part of which is this year also the Mountain tourist centre Golte, was introduced at Šmarješke Toplice. Other participants in the project are the Slovenian Tourist Organization, Olympic Committee of Slovenia – Association of Sports Federations, and Slovenian Nordic Walking Association. The purpose of this project is to try and enhance the offer of tourist economy and introduce the advantages of hiking as a form of healthy way of spending free time for both local people and tourists together with various mountaineering, sports, and cultural societies in different parts of Slovenia.

Krvavec and Golte in the elite company of the best in Europe |
 | | As you can read on our website, the ski resorts Krvavec and Golte were chosen to the elite society of the best European ski resorts. The international committee of 220 anonymous professional assessors of various prior knowledge, assembled under the name ‘Skiarea Test’ and evaluate the preparation, friendliness, offer of additional services, and also innovation and improvements in the area of technical equipment of ski runs, awarded this year for the fifteenth time the awards for the best ski resorts in Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Germany, France, and Slovenia. |

 | | Mountain tourist centre Golte will once again participate in Slovenia ski tour in 2010. This is a guided travel on cross-country skis through forests and mountains of Slovenian mountain ranges of medium height from 1,000 to 1,400 m altitude. The purpose of this event is the popularization of cross-country skiing and the discovery of less known parts of Slovenia. |

Golte on the European ski charts |
 | | Tourist recreation centre Golte excelled at the international assessment of ski run preparation. Over 220 anonymous ski assessors within the project Skiarea test inspect in detail over 25 ski resorts in Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, France, and Slovenia. Golte joined this 16-year-long project in season 2008/09 and, according to the organizer’s data, won the title “Winner of the test 08/09 in the category of ski run preparation”. |

Over 100 learners enjoyed themselves on the white slopes |
 | | During winter holidays from 16th to 20th February 2009 Golte offered holiday skiing courses of skiing and snowboarding. All through the week, over 100 course participants acquainted themselves with beginners and advanced techniques of skiing and snowboarding under the expert supervision of instructors of the ski school Golte – Beli zajec. Children were divided into several groups according to the level of their skiing skills.
